The scope of work embraced the disassembly of the lacquer mixing plant, without the necessity of dismounting the pneumatic installation and wires which carry paints and lacquers into the lacquer cube. First, all the equipment was dismantled, then it was suspended to the temporary construction. Next, the load-bearing structures and internal structure were built. Everything was fire protected (2-hour fire protection). Then, new pneumatic wires, wires carrying paints and lacquers, floor and walls made of acidproof sheet metal were mounted. After that, new ventilation installation was made which ensures constant temperature and humidity inside the lacquer mixing plant. The last part of work was the reassembly of all the equipment and relocation of the machines. Undoubtedly, a tight program of works involved was a challenge for our company.
